A flattened sphere.
From a low base rises an object with convex contour, inserted on two sides so that the sphere has become flat on both sides.
The glass is milk-colored at the base and becomes transparent towards the top. A piece of red glass was added at the insertion on each side.
In this object, the most essential characteristics of blown and hand-formed glass come to the fore.
It also possesses elements of tension and playfulness: the contour is tight, but the bulge distorts the surroundings.
